Seminar Webpage and Email
We were tasked with building a quick web page to link to from an email marketing campaign. We were given some print marketing collateral and told to run with it and fast with a super tight deadline. Below is the webpage:
And here is the corresponding email that we designed. Unlike most email marketing which is done through email marketing software, this was going to be sent out personally one by one by various reps. Therefore, it needed to function for a wide array of email programs and be able to be easily copied and pasted multiple times. So, we designed a simple header and did the rest with text color and size.
Marketing Email
Our client, Perfect PlanIt, sends out a quarterly marketing email keeping their connections and regulars up to date on their latest projects. We coded and sent this one out, yesterday!

We recently designed and added this banner ad to Elite Goalkeeping Academy to announce that their summer session registration is now open!
eLearning Announcement Email
Our long standing client, TerraPharma Project & unSUMMIT has now began promoting an eLearning component, new to their offerings. We are in the process of building a new site for this venture but to kick things off, they are having their first online seminar at the end of February. This is an email that we pushed out to invite and alert their mailing list about this great opportunity.
Elegant Custom Blog Template
One of our long standing (and really talented) clients, Suthi Picotte uses her company’s blog for a large part of Picotte Photography’s marketing. Therefore, she felt it was time for us to create a custom WordPress blog template/theme to match the site and portal that we had designed in the past. In addition, it was very important that the design and site was responsive so that it would look just as good on a smart phone or iPad as it does on a computer. Mission accomplished :-)
Email Newsletter – Microsoft Advertising News 2012
We’ve been designing, coding and preparing these Microsoft Advertising emails for quite a few years now. For late 2011/2012 we re-desinged this template to have a more clear, image and headline approach that then links out to articles on the web. We prepare these in multiple languages, usually with tight deadlines.
Call for Sponsorship in Email Form
Getting the word out is especially important when calling for sponsorships. Hit them from every direction, email, direct mail and plain old-fashioned face time sometimes does the trick. We designed this email for Local Government Academy to send out to their email list for Newly Elected Officials Course Sponsorships in 2011 & 2012.
Prodigy MSN Designed Email
For a Prodigy MSN email communication in Spanish, the Sales Lead requested that it have some flair with a graphical background that reflects their branding. This is what we came up with.
Non-Profit Weekly Email Marketing
We recently re-designed the weekly email for our long-standing client, Nessah Israel Synagogue. We send and email out on a weekly basis to their email mailing list, giving them a little bit of inspirational knowledge about the weekly bible portion in addition to all of their upcoming events.
Call for Abstracts Email
We recently designed a new template for this year’s upcoming unSUMMIT. This second email, in what will be many, is the Call for Abstracts from prospective faculty.
